Today we want to talk about 4 common foot problems we see and how you can help them.
1) Plantarfascitis- This is a common complaint in the bottom of the foot. A true plantarfascitis is an inflamation in the soft tissues in the bottom of the foot. doing her killer workouts to stay fit!
2) Foot bone subluxation- This is an occurence where one or more of the joints in your foot get stuck or misaligned due to stress or injury to the foot. an example might be that someone stepped on your foot and you had some pain immediately, then it got better, but now you have some chronic pains that have reocurred in your foot.
3) Muscle Spasm and Tendonitis- this is where one of your lower leg muscles develops sensitivity or pain, due to an overuse of one or more muscles
4) A Back problem– when you have a problem in the mid, lower back, or a hip this causes your body to compensate for the problem, an extreme example would be you develop a limp. when the body compensates it can put more stress on one leg and foot. sometimes you will find someone shifts 40 or even 60 more pounds of weight to one leg!
