We are Happy to see your smiling face again

We are excited to announce that as of Monday April 3rd Masks will no longer be legally required in Healthcare facilities in the State of Washington! This is something we have been expecting for some time and the Secretary of Health in the State of WA has now made it official.

Even though it is no longer required to wear a mask for routine visits, we do want you to know you are always welcome to wear a mask if it makes you feel more comfortable in the office.

And if you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms and you are visiting the office, please be considerate and wear a mask to support spreading illness to others.

Headaches

The most common type of headaches people experience are tension headaches. Approximately 75% of headaches people experience are tension headaches. Stress in the upper back and neck, poor posture, frequent looking down at cellphones, long periods of driving, and jaw clenching, are all causes of tension headaches. Chiropractic is very effective at relieving tension headaches by releasing the tension building up in the neck and resetting the bodies ability to be healthy and well.
