Tips for a Healthy Memorial Day Weekend

We put together a few tips for a Healthy Weekend:

1) Put your work down and have some Fun! the to do list will be there waiting for you when you get back Tuesday:).


2) If you are out doing yard work that you aren’t used too, be sure to take breaks and stop when your body tells you its had enough, or it will surely tell you much louder when you have done too much!


3) If you get excited and do a sport you haven’t done in 5 years, be sure to ease back into it the first few times out, your body will thank you for not trying to perform like your former best, right away!


4) Please note we have abbreviated hours for Monday Memorial Day: Chiropractic, Acupuncture, and Massage, will be available 9am to 1pm only, that day. Normal hours will resume Tuesday.
